Weight loss is one topic you shouldn’t miss if you are on the category of being obese. Effective Tips The best form of exercise you can engage to is walking. We do it everyday. Just aim for a 30-45 minutes brisk walking and you’ll have a tip-top shape in no time. Drink a lot of water – at least 8 glasses in a day. Water cleanses the body inside out. Eliminate sodas or fizzy drinks from your menu plan. Breathe with your mouth wide open, hold your head up while rubbing firmly the stomach and chest whenever you feel like eating more. Two of the major causes of overeating and weight gain aside from stress are unhappiness and unfulfilled unexpressed emotions and desires. Try to rub your chest and stomach firmly in backwards forwards motion and around in circles because it connects you with your emotions and will soothe you. Forget diets and regimes that can make you feel deprived and starved. Eat what you want to eat, only check for fats and larger portions. The more you deprive or starve yourself the more you will eat on the next meal. Unhealthy feeling can only trigger you to indulge more on food. Think of positive things. Think of yourself as thin. A good mind frame helps in achieving goals, more so if it comes to losing weight. Eat smaller meals often if you like. Avoid the bad fats. Skip late night eating except fruits or cereal. Add vegetables and fruits to balance the small portion of meals. Write down both the things you are happy and not happy about in your life. Make small but regular changes on the things that don’t make you happy and start doing or having those things that make you happy. Surrounding yourself with positive energy is good. Never hate your body. Appreciate and love it because if you don’t, it won’t cooperate with your weight loss endeavours. Think of the delaying outcome of weight loss. It means be patient because you surely will need time before changes start to show. Give yourself realistic amount of time to achieve your goal. A long-term successful weight loss does not happen overnight. Have fun. Do not push yourself too much in losing weight. Break the patterns and engage in new exciting positive thoughts.
